Commercial Free

Commercial Happy

This commercial is funny. Therefore, this commercial uses emotional appeal. Emotional appeal is a type of propaganda, propaganda is media that uses carefully-crafted messages to manipulate a person's actions or beliefs. An example of emotional appeal is a Iphone commercial about face time with people laughing. It is emotional appeal because it makes you feel happy. This is effective because when people see this they don't use common sense.

This commercial uses celebrity endorsement. Celebrity endorsement is getting celebrities to make something seem like it is a great product. This commercial uses it because it is using Rafa Nadal and Christiano Ronaldo to make this product seem better. Another example is Beyonce starring in a Pepsi commercial. This can also be people who are trained in these things, like a doctor in a Oral B commercial. This is effective because people probably want to be like celebrities.

Opinion

I like this type of propaganda because it makes you feel emotional. Happy, sad, surprised any of those things. This strategy works because it makes people use emotions instead of logic, so you don't think about the bad things. Therefore, this is bias. The target audience for commercial one is probably for adults because it has to do with insurance. I think this will make some money because it is funny but it doesn't give you evidence or support. For a commercial to make money I think it has to have evidence and good support, also to have some humor.
I like this commercial because the propaganda works. I wish I could do something like that. This strategy works because people want to be like the celebrity so they buy the product. This is useful because in this age being popular is the main goal. The target audience is probably teenagers because parents probably wouldn't be looking to by Nike soccer shoes. I believe this will make money. It is a good commercial that is well made, and it has good propaganda with the celebrity endorsement.

Clay King

That's a big army

The army of Qin Shi Huang.
One mans tomb, another mans weaponry. I guess you could say that about Qin Shi Huang tomb. It was filled with over 7,000 clay figures of humans, each with a different hair style, face, and different paint. This cruel emperor had them built to guard his tomb, each holding a steel weapon. Among these statues were archers, swordsman, horses, charioteers, and even dancers to keep him company in the after life. After his death, rebels attacked his tomb and stole the figures weapons to destroy the tomb. The only thing was that the HUGE mausoleum was not there, it was off to a side of the chamber safe and sound. Scientists believe that to this day, there are 160 unexplored chambers.

Bad or Good

Well if I lived under his rein I'd be in Europe. This cruel merciless emperor, according to Wikipedia " Qin Shi Huang ordered most existing books to be burned with the exception of those on astrology, agriculture, medicine, divination, and the history of the State of Qin. This would also serve the purpose of furthering the ongoing reformation of the writing system by removing examples of obsolete scripts. Owning the Book of Songs or the Classic of History was to be punished especially severely. According to the later Records of the Grand Historian, the following year Qin Shi Huang had some 460 scholars buried alive for owning the forbidden books." For a thing like owning certain books he would burn you, I wouldn't like to live there. I have heard of many other cruel things this emperor has done. Such as making his wives and servants drink poison to knock them out and then burring them alive with him when he died.

KILLER CROC

       A T-REX'S NIGHTMARE

You might think Super Croc (Aka sarcosuchus imperator) is some old croc that does what crocs do. If so, you would be saying a 40 ft. crocodile that weighs about 8 metric tons does what normal crocodiles do. No, they could eat anything they wanted. They had 132 strong teeth in there head that is bigger in the front than the middle. Their head was designed  for a top notch predator to take out any prey. As this thing ripped through T-rexs it would drag it into the water and drown it to eat it. This way of eating was very useful because most of its prey could not breath under water. This useful way of eating probably helped the super croc hunting, so it made it even stronger.
According to National Geographic "More than a hundred teeth jut from narrow jaws that must have been adept at snagging fish. And unlike any other croc, living or extinct, Super Croc's skull gets wider toward the front end, which is armed with a deadly row of enlarged incisors. These robust bone-crushers suggest that Sarcosuchus could eat far meatier prey than fish." This shows that this monster of a thing was ready to eat anything that got in its way, no such thing as safety for anything. This giant probably had a huge bite force to match its size. When it ate huge dinosaurs, it most likely could have snapped their bones like twigs. in the graphic above it shows it compared to other crocodiles, and it probabley could have eaten any of them.
